Dr. Kothari was born and raised in India. After graduating from the University of Gujarat with a degree in Dentistry and a minor in Biology, following his graduation, Dr. Kothari served his community by working with the Government hospital for Two and half years. On 1978 Dr. Kothari open his private office in Ahmedabad, India.

 Yet Dr. Kothari had a vision to come to the United States and develop his trade even more, in 1980 Dr. Kothari arrived in Pittsburgh, PA and worked with Dr. William Bartram, while studying to get his American dentist license.

While preparing himself to take the state exam for dentistry, Dr. Kothari heard the waves from California and he moved to our Sunshine state. He worked for Fair Oaks Family Dental Center in Pasadena and Crenshaw Family Dental Center in Los Angeles and in 1982 Dr. Kothari pass the board exam and become a license dentist.

 Dr. Kothari begin his journey as a dentist, in 1984 when he opened his first private practice in Montebello were he served the community for the next 11 years, in 1986 he opened his second practice in Hollywood and in 1995 he sold both practices and open Dental Center in Hawaiian Gardens were he develop strong roots with the entire community. In 2005 he yet expand his horizon again by opening his fourth private practice in the City of Orange, he is always looking for new business ventures.

Dr. Kothari believes in staying on the cutting edge of the latest dental technology and techniques, which allow him to provide the highest quality of care for his patients.

He has completed extensive training and work in dental implants, is a certified provider for Invisalign, he is also certified in oral sedation.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Kothari enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and is a proud father of to Tejal his oldest daughter, which is studying to be a doctor, Arti a bright young lady who just finish high school and Ronik his youngest son, family is a very important part of his life. His interests also include photography, scuba diving, oil painting, reading, tennis, and traveling, also is also a big fan of the Los Angeles Lakers.
